Im a 5'9 woman of a certain size (over 200lbs) and the chair is working good for me. I added a pillow in the top for more support because its hollow due to the parts inside. When the box comes, its small and very heavy. You will need some help with assembly if you dont have a lot of arm strength to push the wheels in. Overall its a good buy. Make sure you purchase the chair warranty just in case because the quality is decent but after much usage you may need it.
For the price, it'll do. It could use more lumbar support. It also has a chemical odor that I'm hoping fades pretty quickly (I just assembled today). The wheels do not roll very smoothly, but not a huge deal.

This was ordered Nov 3, and now we are in April and the material is already worn thin in the arm and the sides
THIS CHAIR IS ONLY 5 WEEKS IN USE AND IS LEANING TO ONE SIDE.
