Cons: you cannot lock it from dipping back without warning, and after 9 months the height adjuster just stops working. You can raise it no problem but as soon as you sit down it slowly starts lowering again.
It's a pretty comfortable chair and I think it's a good value - but it doesn't go down as low as my previous chair which was almost identical. I sit about 3 inches higher than I would like. If you need a low sitting position for your desk or table, this isn't the chair for you.
Maybe because I am short, I am not getting the exact back support as I was hoping for.............Overall, it is a deceit chair and surely an upgrade from the $20 Walmart chair I did have for almost three years! Thank you for an easy assembly and a better chair than I had. (smile).
This chair is absolutely awesome. I ordered it on prime day and it was very easy to put together and extremely affordable, I use it every day when I work and it's so comfortable.
