    Garbage

Chair itself is way too small to be comfortable for long periods of work/sitting if you are a full sized adult male. Attempted to disassemble to return but did not have tools to remove cylinder from the mechanisms, getting a nice sized slice on the finger in the process. Overall, I feel like I wasted my money on a piece of garbage I can't return. Extremely disappointed.

Alright chair. Can be a pain.

While this is a fine chair, thats quite comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. It has a major flaw in that the wheels are not secured to the legs. So if you lift the chair off the ground even a little bit the wheels will fall out and the whole chair will fall down if youre not careful. Almost Injured myself a few times already.

    Nice chair but small

The chair is easy to put together. The issue is the width of the sitting area. The chair is not made for anyone over a size 10. They are also short in the back. You are not able to rest your head on the chair. Over it is fine just not one size fits all.

The chair slowly lowers all day long!!

This chair is comfortable until you get it the right hight and it slowly starts lowering! Very irritating for people with long legs!!

    Piston looses pressure

Hydralic seat keeps sinking to lowest point. It will not hold its max position. Had this chair less than 1 year before this started happening. Asked if they could provide a replacement hydralic piston, but they never responded. Dont buy this item!

My Hips Don't Lie - And I'm Starting to Feel It's Right - Love the Chair but Beware

Okay. Let's start with this - This is a very nice chair. Once assembled, it is very comfortable and my hips are loving it as well as my back. Now, let's get to the actual assembling of this bad boy. Don't be fooled by that chick in the suit and heels that makes it look so easy to put this thing together. I had to fight with some of the screws that didn't want to line up or go in the hole. And getting the right position to put the screws in was awkward for one person but if you persist and pray to God, it is possible. It is however, extremely, extremely, EXTREMELY HELPFUL (not yelling family, just emphasizing) to use the video. It will help you realize when you're putting the handrails on the wrong way and when they say don't tighten the screws, believe them. Trust me as a woman who is determined to put stuff together, that video will be of great help. The video will lead you to victory. And, I had better wheels I purchased last year (Caster Chair Wheels) as the ones that usually come with these chairs don't work so well. Consider that if you have wood floors and want to glide across the floor. Now I'm sitting in my new chair, with my happy booty and back typing this review. Oh and right now, the height is perfect so I haven't had to adjust it. Love this chair.

    Sinks. Defective hydraulics.

The chair looks nice and is comfortable to sit in. Assembly was easy. Ordinarily I would have rated the chair very highly, except that in less than two months, the chair is already losing height. At least twice a day, I have to raise the seat back up again. It may get to the point that it won't rise up again at all. I'll post another review in a few more months to see how this works out.
