SUPER easy to assemble. My teen daughter was able to assemble it herself in less than an hour. Nice and easy instructions. The string to tie the pod to the stand is handy when youre not using it, so it looks nice when not in use. However, the reason I took a star off is because it is a little wobbly.
At first, I was disappointed. The item arrived with a hole in the side of the box. Discovered the main hardware was missing. The contact information on the instructions was useless, even though they advertised excellent customer service. I ended up contacting the seller. They were AMING! It took 2 tries to get everything, but now the chair is upright and sturdy. My daughter loves it!! Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service!
