I have tried contacting the seller several times. The chairs are beautiful, but in less than a year, when only used a handful of times, my guests are falling out of them!
I wanted one of these I called dream chairs for a long time I spent months trying to look for the perfect one and I absolutely love my dream chair its so sturdy its built to last and my husband is 260 pounds and it hold him just fine

Even with the bolts tightened all the way the support beam is wobbly and causes issue time to time.
