Soft, plush, and fits my height. I am 6 foot 1, 180 pounds and this contours to my size beautifully. Just FYI...the back is soft but hollow (empty). If you want extra cushioned back support, do what I did and put a plush throw pillow inside the back and zip it up. It will feel great.
I needed an affordable yet comfortable and stylish chair for my home office. This exceeded my expectations! Super comfortable. Was easy to put together. Looks really nice. And was a Big Bang for my buck with the cost. Happy with my choice on getting this chair.
As many identified, the majority of assembly parts are in the zippered pouch in the seat back, which keeps the packaging compact. The key to assembly is to partially tighten hex bolts until all are aligned and inserted. Looks great and functions as expected.

Good price and service. Had issue getting bolts in on one chair, but replacement came quickly.

This chair I love the color the most. It was also very easy to assemble as I did it alone. I am overall pleased with this purchase.

Basic chair, nothing fancy. One thing: the wheels do not swivel well when the chair is on a hard wood floor.

This chair was in-expensive and is amazingly comfortable! Easy to assemble and darn sturdy! I just wish it came in more colors!
