This is a very well designed chair. Compact and comfortable, ideal for my home office. I got the white PU upholstery and I am impressed with its elegant styling. It took me 15 minutes to assemble the chair out of the box, with the help of the diagrams and the Allen key provided. Recommended without any reservations.
There were so many chairs offered by that I was overwhelmed. So I called my (really, anyone's) friendly American customer service rep (it was difficult trying to communicate with the offshore one I first connected to - she transferred me to America). After explaining what I was looking for, Vania - within seconds - found one for me in my price range and comfort needs and sent me the link. She mentioned it was an item, and that, plus the photo, was good enough for me. Two days later, it arrived, and I put it together in about 30 minutes. The instructions were clear. The parts were STURDY steel, unlike some cheaper chairs. Spend more - it's for the good of your back and your safety!
The very comfy cushion looks and feels like leather. It's soft yet not saggy at all.
The wheels do not lock, but, as Vania told me, the chair doesn't get away from you, either, and she was correct.

Love the chair. Easy to put together. Wish it was more the color as advertised tho its a cream with a yellow tone to it. If I could get it back in the box I would send back because I wanted a white chair not cream.
I don't do reviews often but I got this product on Monday and it is now Thursday. I have used this everyday and it has become my favorite chair. It was easy to put together even with a 6 year old asking me questions the entire time. I use it at my sewing table so I sit in it for long periods and it just helps for that. I am looking to get another one for my daughter who keeps trying to steal my current chair.

During assembly, I just about managed to put the chair together by myself. It was one of the most difficult chairs I have ever had to put together, but at the end of the day, it's a great chair for the price, so I don't mind a little bit of a hassle during assembly.
The real strength of this chair is in its comfort. I can spend just about all day in this chair without ANY back pain, knee pain (from awkward seating position), or neck pain (had to adjust computer monitor to be slightly taller), which is something I could not say for the past four or five chairs I've bought through other companies, including one that was touted to be rated a top 10 chair by some author from Forbes. The padding is soft, but holds its form after long periods of use. The back is set slightly forward, which helps correct posture whilst sitting straight and makes it follow your back as you lean.
Really, the only gripe I have with the actual chair is that the gas lift is a bit too long (in my opinion) and causes the chair to sit a bit too high up. If my desk weren't already quite tall, I would have a problem with my knees hitting the bottom of the desk. Also, I had to slightly raise my monitor to avoid neck problems, but that was not really an issue for me, though it might be something to consider for others. Someone with shorter legs might have an issue with the chair.

a bit small for me
I am about 5'8 and it was a bit small and narrow for me. It will do the job for the price though.
