Installing the back legs was a bit challenging because the tool provided was short and the
location to put the screws was in the inner part of the legs. Color of the wood was dark which made it much more difficult. Had to finally use a flashlight to see what we were doing.
Incredibly easy to assemble and fits our home perfectly. My husband is 6’2” and finds it just as comfortable as I do (I’m 5’4”). Our daughter loves curling up on it to read and our 55 lb dog prefers it over her dog bed!
In all fairness , I bought this used- in New condition. It went together fairly well until the last screw on the side. There seems to be something blocking it and it will not go in all the way. After hours of trying to get it in just right, I finally gave up. It was frustrating and probably if I had not had it all put together, I would have returned it but it seemed worse to have to take it a part and repack it. There were some minor scratches as well. It is a pretty chair and feels sturdy but I have only had it 1 day.
: I definitely should have returned this chair. Now the arm keeps popping out and above the leg.
Impressed with the quality, price and speedy shipping! Ordered two and will be buying more for other rooms. It really was easy to assemble. Curved legs go on the back and straight on the front. Me and my 14 year old assembled two chairs. But the chair!
I'm really impressed with this chair. I got it in denim, and the color is nice to look at. I heard some people mention scratchy fabric, but mine was quite soft. I'm 6'1" and the chair fits me really well. Comfortable, sturdy, inexpensive, and stylish. 5/5
Im obsessed with teal, and have been eying this one for about 3 months now. When it went on sale i had to pounce on it, and now it is the only piece of furniture that I treat like a baby. No one is allowed near it it's so beautiful lol
I'm impressed! This is a substantial chair and doesn't feel like a cheap piece of furniture. Its pretty heavy and the legs are wood, not plastic, and screw in easily. I purchased caviar and this color will compliment any room. I may order a second one to create a little conversation area. Also, I'm 5'11 and large-framed and the chair feels perfect.
I'm fond of this chair, it's surprisingly light, but I don't feel like there's any worry about me breaking it. It's comfortable enough to sit in for a while and looks good. Do yourself a solid and get a ottoman thought because the arms make laying on it sideways not very easy.
I'm coming back after two years of having this chair because I think durability is a key factor for furniture buying. Overall, it's held up ok. It gets sat in regularly, and it has stayed comfortable. No issues with the support. Two things that I wish I'd known, however:
-The fabric is poor quality and stains easily. I have upholstery from a more expensive brand that's more than 10 years old, in a similar color, that shows less dirt and staining. This fabric doesn't clean well, and picks up every bit of lint and dust it can.
-The joint for the legs isn't very sturdy. After only a few months, none of the legs stay in place, and are constantly turning on the screws. There's no way to tighten them all the way so they stay. It won't fall over, but you can see the crooked legs.

Great purchase, highly recommend

Ok for the price, but not a long-term buy.
