It is soft and looks lovely in my room. I wish the backing was just a bit higher, as I'm 5'3 and it's at my shoulders. The legs screw in fine, but the chair "rocks/sways" a bit. Like the legs stay flat but the chair body will lean on the legs slightly towards whatever direction you move it.
It is small and not very comfortable. I believe it is great as a slipper chair etc. I didn't pay much so it is serving it's purpose in the guest bedroom.
It arrived on time and in great condition. The legs where stored inside the body of the ottoman as illustrated and we so easy to just manually screw into the base of the ottoman. The color is true to the website and the dimensions are on point! Great value at under $70!
