We needed a furniture piece to fit in small area that provided a bed. This item fit the bill. It is well made and simple/it is not the most comfortable unit but it is functional. Paid a little more than I wanted to but this seller had more color choices.
First off, let me just say that I originally planned on buying one of IKEAs chair beds (I believe its called Vallentuna) at the elaborate price of 600 dollars and the price tag was turning me off, but I was willing to do it. Im SO GLAD I didnt. One night before purchasing it, I started searching for other alternatives, not really thinking Id find anything. To my amement I stumbled upon this baby. I was skeptical, but I knew if I truly didnt like it, I would be willing to return it so I took a shot. It came rather quickly, no cost of shipping, and in ONE box. I opened the box and slid this big guy out. Its a very solid piece and I wasnt sure the ottoman I was looking at was going to fold out to a complete bed, but boy was I wrong. The headrest is a little tricky. I was worried, at first, that I was pushing it beyond its limit and I was going to damage it trying to get it to go back down, but when I hit the final click everything just came into place. When you bring the middle portion down, to complete the bed, you have to go slow so you dont pull or pinch the material on one of the sides. This isnt difficult, just a suggestion. This chair bed is everything I wanted it to be. Its HUGE, its comfortable, and its able to be positioned into so many ways that youll never get bored. I lay a blanket on top of it before I decide to sleep on it and the added blanket is enough cushion for me, but others might not think so. If your bigger in body or like a softer bed, Id suggest investing in a pillow topper so you can place that on top of your chair bed and feel plenty soft. If you purchase this chair bed AND a pillow topper, youre still playing LESS than what I wouldve paid if I had gone the IKEA way. I am COMPLETELY satisfied with this product and I really do recommend it to everyone.
While the chair is a nice, functional piece, it wasnt perfect. Mine had a small stain on the side of it that looked like grease and was missing 8 M6x15mm bolts that hold the sliders on. Since I was past 30 days since purchase when I assembled it, I figured the fastest way to get the parts was to order from directly rather than wait for the manufacturer to respond and send them. I got them
sturdy, good looking, reasonably comfortable. It is a clever design that allows easy conversion from chair to lounger to bed. A bit hard to assemble but once assembled, it works.
It is the perfect piece of furniture for my small bedroom. We use it as an ottoman but open it for guest to sleep. They have commented, very comfortable!

I wish it will be mor comfy but it is nice and good size , easy to move and install worth it for the money you paying

Decent, extra seating and bed
It is sturdy and comfortable to lay on. The back is much to short. No side pockets as advertised. Still like it for the price.
