Love these chairs but when you put them together do not totally tighten screws during assembly. I had a hard time getting back bracket to line up. Once I loosened all the frame screws you can manipulate frame to line up.
Bought this chair 8 months ago, but only started using it 6 months ago. My daughter (who only weighs 95 lbs) uses this as her desk chair for approx. 1-2 hours a day. She says the chair is comfortable but it started ripping on the side (see pics) and now looks terrible! This item wasnt cheap...I expected so much more than just 6 months out of this chair. Very disappointed.
I had a lot of difficulty putting this chair together, since the holes in the chair base and the arms didnt match up exactly correctly. Eventually, I was able to assemble it. The chair back is pretty hard, but overall, after some breaking in, I think itll be a great chair.
This chair looks like it would be super comfortable, right? Alas, it isnt. Maybe a tall person would have a different experience in it, but for me- barely 52, sitting down on it as one normally sits on a chair, with knees at the front edge so you can have your feet flat on the floor strands me quite a distance from the back, so Im sitting on it completely without any back support. Its like sitting on an ottoman. And its nice, in that sense, but eventually one likes to lean back in a chair, and I cant without weirdly bending backwards - by the time my shoulders make contact with the back of the chair, I look like I was interrupted in the middle of a backbend. Completely intolerable position for even two minutes.
It is a handsome looking chair, without question, but it is not at all a comfy chair, so while you find different positions to take on it, none of them are straightforward, chair-sitting positions that one would want to say, read a book, or have a cup of tea. If youre looking for something stylish for a reception area, this might work well for you. If you are looking for something to relax into with a good book, this is not the chair for you.
So easy to put together, arrived undamaged, well packaged. It is bigger than I thought, gorgeous fabric, perfect color as in photo, just really love it, bought 2!!
I got these chairs for my office, and Im OBSESSED! I ordered them in the Camel finish, and the quality is way better than I was expecting - especially for the price. This is some of the best value Ive ever seen in furniture.
The level of compliments I get is insane too - A VP walked by my office and was like your office is OUT OF CONTROL; its so nice. What was your decorating budget? When I told him what it cost to decorate, and more specifically the price of the chairs, he just about fell over with how good of a deal it was. Ive separately already had to send the links to 7 people I work with, as they want to purchase the chairs for their homes. They look like they are straight out of WestElm, but for 1/6th of the cost.

I purchased two chairs and they look awesome. They arent the most comfortable chairs but for the price its expected. They definitely pop.
