it came in two boxes very well packed inside their instructions were very easy to follow it took us three and a half hours to Assemble when installing the for round feet in order for the bracket to attach both sides and the screws to line up you must loosen everything up because two of the screws on the brackets each brackets will not line up once you loosen everything up it all comes together for the feet pretty much everything was trouble free even the delivery was perfect and they even have GPS so you can see where your driver is but its about 12 blocks off so far this is an excellent product we slept one night on it already very comfortable and the storage is aming plenty of storage our bedroom looks clean and neat now we definitely recommend this product
Took myself and a couple people roughly an hour and a half to assemble. Fairly straight forward instructions. One of the floor pieces did come torn up on one side, but it wasnt a big deal because the other side was fine so I could just flip it over and have the torn part to the floor. The hydraulics for the lifting part are great and the sound is oddly satisfying when you do it. All around, great bedframe.
I paid a TaskRabbit about 120 to assemble this // very glad I did. For the price, its actually pretty great / easy to lift, solved my storage problem, and Im happy with it.
A little bit difficult to assemble but I could do it alone. The material is good. The storage area could be better. A large luggage, for exemple, doesnt fit inside.
Bed looks great. While it took time to correctly assemble,the instructions are thorough and easy to follow. I currently have a heavier mattress on the bed; the lift assist mechanism works great. This bed really improves the functionality of small bedrooms.

Absolutely adore this bed. I have a rather small room. The storage is phenomenal. The bed seems sturdy and has worked well with everyday use.

Great for a studio/ small space
I got a full size and it fits perfect for a studio in the Bay Area. Love my bed so far

Its ok
The bed is a great space saver. The draw back is the headboard holes are not in line one side with the frame holes.
