We had delivery included and it was amazing! The couch was brought into our home by two nice gentlemen who then unboxed it and put it where we wanted it! The couch itself is so sleek and modern I always get compliments on it! It does have a low back, but we wanted a couch that wasnt necessarily for watching tv and napping on, we have it in our main living room where we entertain and play games and enjoy quality family time, so it fits our room perfectly! I definitely recommend this sofa! Its comfortable to sit on absolutely and seems well made. We have three children and its standing up to them pretty well! Weve had it for about 6 months or so now and no issues at all! Love this couch!
I do loveee the way this couch looks and it was very easy to put together by myself as well. The legs were safely in the base of the couch in a very cool zippered compartment inset into the bottom of the couch - all I had to do was screw the legs on and flip the couch over and that was it! The only thing I'd complain about per say would be the fact that after using it for few months the couch shows some creasing in the bottom cushion and being the cushion is attached to the actual couch you can't flip it, turn it, etc to lessen the use of the bottom cushion sadly. The back cushions and 2 side barrel throw cushions do have zippers so you may take them off and wash them - which is wonderful! I so wish I could give this couch a 5 star rating but it is just the usage wear only that I am giving it 4 stars in total. But it is a couch I'm happy with and it has created a wonderful and smart looking centerpiece to my new home that has an allover mid century vibe which I'm loving and have gotten tons of compliments on as well!
Read a lot of mixed reviews before buying and there were none for the couch with the chaise but after having it for a few months its fantastic great material and color. The seat is not very deep for lounging but Im 63 and sit on it very comfortably and have slept on it too.
Beautiful but Firm sofa! Perfect for my small living room. The grey velvet (not really velvet more like micro suede) color is beautiful and oh so soft! The product came very well packaged and I unpacked and put it together my self by just attaching the legs! It fits my modern farmhouse decor perfectly!
This is a great sofa for the price and I snagged it while on sale. Sitting on it now enjoying my coffee!

It is a big chair so definitely measure it out to your home space. Also, description says its a 4/5 on firmnessI disagree because its not firm and its not soft either, its exactly how a leather chair should feel like. I find it comfy to sit on.
I love this chair. The color I received was much, much lighter than the color I ordered. I ordered the dark charcoal/black and the color I got was very light gray. If It werent such a complex return I would have returned it but its a comfortable, sturdy, stylish chair and nice for the price.
