The bed arrived with no hardware. I spent hours on the chat line with someone from , who first questioned whether the hardware was supposed to be included. I had to explain why I thought it should be (it was listed on the product inventory!), she didnt seem to have access to any info as to whether it should be. If I hadnt persisted I dont think shed have gotten in touch with the company to send me the missing hardware either. I would have had to do that. She claimed preferred if the customer did. I said it wasnt my mistake so I shouldnt have to deal with that. She said it wasnt theirs either. I said maybe not, but its your (s) reputation. She finally got in touch with them, and they with me and I received the hardware within a few days from . The rep also discounted the bed. And I do like it. Seems pretty sturdy, and its working well so far. The trundle wheels out easily even on thick carpet.
This daybed with trundle arrived on time and it took a few hours to assemble, as expected. It's very sturdy snd heavy wood and looks great in my guest room!
My 14 year old grandkid has been sleeping on it and loves it- sleeping very well.
I just ordered the 9 inch cool gel foam mattress for the trundle, which very smoothly pulls in and out (the frame).
I live in a 2 bedroom apartment, so when I have guests, I now can offer another bed, instead of getting out the cot in the living room!
The bed is beautiful and sturdy. It went together really easy. Im disappointed that there arent inserts for the holes where the bed comes together. It almost looks unfinished
We really like this bed. Its well-made and was easy to construct. However, you can see from the image that theres no covering for the bolt holes; the result is a bed that looks unfinished. Perhaps our box just didnt include them? If so, Id appreciate having them sent!
This bed turned out to be so great once we put it together. My daughter is 13 and absolutely loves it. We bought it with the recommended 6 inch mattresses and just got mattress pads to put on top of them. It perfect! The only thing that could have been better were the instructions. It was all pictures and took a minute to figure out. It took about 2.5 hours to put together. I'm 100 percent satisfied and it seems like it is good quality too.
I have never ordered a big purchase like this one without seeing it in person. It is exactly like the description and very sturdy. I'm really impressed. My daughter loves it.

Sturdy daybed
This daybed is sturdy I love it..it fits a regular twin mattress so make sure not to buy twin xl sz..I would recommend it to my friends and family

If youre not a pro and you follow the instruction its hard to assemble. It took me hours. The instructions lead me wrong!
