    Parts not perfect

We actually busted a board and had to repair it because two holes dont line up. Hard to put together and took a long time.

    Its nice enough

It looks nice. The pieces didnt fit together perfectly but we were able to fix them. The wood planks where the mattress lays could use sanding. We put a piece of cardboard down to protect the mattress.

    Part missing great customer service

Very easy to assemble but it was missing a few pieces of hardware to assemble. Having said that I contacted the seller and they were aming. They immediately sent out the missing assembly hardware and I received it in a few days. Excellent customer service

    Wonderful Value

We love all the space it gave our daughter to put things. Perfect for her room!

    Super impressed!

We were worried when we first ordered it because weve been loo for a good sturdy storage bed for a long time. After quite a bit of research we finally found one. We love it!

    Pain to put together

You definitely need at least two people to put this together. Nice once its assembled though!

Poor build quality but stable with modifications

The assembly really does take 2/3 hours, but the instructions are relatively interpretable. Two modifications I made: (1) I did not screw in the support beams because I saw on other reviews that it ripped the wood. (2) instead, I went to Home Depot and had them cut me a 3/4 inch plywood to exactly 38 3/4 x 79 3/4. I layed that on top of the frame and tossed my mattress on and it feels as stable as a steel frame bed. So obviously the wood isnt the highest quality but with this small mod I think it resolves most of the complaints out there. Also note that the only cover half the bed so there is still space behind the if you want to pull them out and store something long/term behind them. I have my workstation desk next to the bed so I put my APC battery backups there and the cord runs nicely through a groove under the head of the bed
