My son absolutely loves this bed, he has plenty of space underneath to play his games, we will even have room for a bean bag. The bed is sturdy and we fit a full size matress and a bunkie board, so whoever said a full size matress doesnt fit??. A few people said the steps were really uncomfortable so I asked my son if he needed some cushion on them and he said They are fine mom , they are ok to walk up and down its not like you are just going to sit and chill on the ladder, I dont know what they are talking about
He wanted to do a review of the bed, thats how much he likes it. He said he likes the height up top also, its perfect when you mount a tv, it feels like a whole different room up top. Het if he like it I love it He is a big 12 57 160 lbs for reference. So all in all we are very happy.
It wasnt too difficult to put together except at the end it was difficult securing the slats down with the plastic tabs they providing. It took me a minute to figure out the only go on one way. My son loves it and we added curtains to the bottom so he can be closed in and have his mini man cave! It does creek some when you climb up and seems a little in sturdy but so far nothing is broken and it has been safe!
Its a real garbage, Arrive broken and dont have instructions for ensamble dont buy any scrap like this !!!
Dont buy this product. To start with, the instructions never come with the packet and then are written incorrectly. They have you assemble the base backwards on step 2, and of you dont catch that they flip the drawing on step 5 youll be stuck taking it all apart many steps later, as someone noted in another review.
Further, the plastic pieces that are supposed to snap in by hand over the support rungs are nearly impossible to push in even when using channel-locks and/or a hammer. and they are arrive broke
Lastly, after getting this bed fully assembled it squeaks like crazy at the slightest movement. Weve gone back and super-tightened every bolt and tried WD-40 on every joint and connection with minimal effect. A 11 year old boy gently rolling on her side makes it squeak like crazy.
I have no idea how this product is still listed on or where the positive reviews came from, but I suspect theyre as bogus as this bed is. Save yourself money and frustration and splurge for a better piece of furniture. All you get with this is hours of frustration and sleepless nights.
Building this bed was a joke. You had to read forward in the instructions to understand what you were doing. When you get to the step where youre standing the bed up either hope your ceiling is high enough or you have enough room to flip it on its side to stand up. If you have the work station make sure all the holes are in the correct place. Especially the ones for the tip of the shelves. Flipping it around is terrible. Im sure the instructions tell it wrong. Im 52 and weigh 130 pounds. Definitely do recommend securing it to the wall or youll be swaying. The first night I slept on it I felt like I was going to fall through. Its way better now. The workstation is absolutely fantastic!

Im a broke adult whos room is 9x8 which is basically nothing. I needed room to live and work.
Its kinda shaky but Im getting used to that, doesnt feel like itll tip over. Put it together by myself in about an hour and a half. Construction is simple if you can read and follow directions. Thats on you tho.
Been sleeping on it for about a week now, got some curtains to hide away my workspace when Im not home. Managed to shove a chair, desk and shelf under with some wiggle room.
I weigh about 175lbs and Im 58. So if youre shopping for the broke college student who lives in a cardboard box, this will be fine.
Only con is there isnt a space where the ladder ends to climb in comfortably, but for the price? Ill live.
