I liked the looks as well the fact that it can be used as two separate beds that are identical. I read that is also sold in major furniture stores at higher prices. I thought if it is good enough to sell in good furniture stores it must be good quality. We did not have any issues assembling. I wish there were an option to install the ladder at either end. It is made to attach to the right end which is an issue with a ceiling fan in the center of the room.
Great bunk bed for the price! Very sturdy. I feel safe crawling around on the top bunk to put the sheets on. Get an Allen wrench drill bit to make assembling much quicker. Only cracks Ive noticed are in the knots in the wood, so certainly nothing structural. My two and four year olds love it! Bottom bunk sits pretty high off the ground when using a standard mattress. My two year old has to use a step stool to get into bed. But lots of room to store toys and blanked under the bed.
A little disappointed. We just opened the box to assemble and saw an espresso colored bed when we ordered a white one. Lets see how the rest goes. I would return except I have family coming in less than two days. Clashes with the paint
Very sturdy, its bigger than a I thought. Please order a size up mattress(than twin size), I ordered twin size mattress and its a bit small as the size of the bed is bigger. My son loves it and is enjoying every second going up down on the bunk .
A long install process but with help it was an easy setup. Good bonding time with my wife and the product looks aming as well good quality construction!! The ladder has an option of screwing in. Its optional to you if you want to screw in the later or have the option to move it when necessary. Enjoy!
The twin bunk bed looks great in my sons room. The white color looks good against his walls and is a bright white that matches the trim and baseboards. My husband assembled this in a couple hours with help from my son. It is made of wood and has a sturdy feel to it. The bright white and the slats on the head and foot boards give it a open feel and a modern look. It fits well in his medium sized room and doesnt take up to much space so he has plenty of room for his toys and to play. Another plus is that the bed can be used as two separate twin beds. Put together the bed is approximately 44 inches wide, 79 inches in length and 63 inches tall. says to use a standard twin/sized coil spring mattresses only and that the mattress should be between 5 and 6 inches thick. We picked up a couple of twin spring bunk bed mattresses from SAMs club that work perfect. It has an attached ladder that has four stairs and my 6 year old son has no problems climbing up it. Overall Im pretty pleased with the bunkbed especially for the price point it is at, I feel it is a good value. My only complaint and I why I did not give it 5 stars is the 165lb weight limit. I was unaware of this when I ordered it and occasionally my 6 year old will ask me to lay in bed with him for a few minutes before he goes to sleep. Just be aware of this and for toddlers this may be something to think about, other than that I am very pleased with this bunkbed and my son loves it!
Love this bunk bed! My little girl just turned two and has been climbing out of her crib a lot so we knew it was time to get a big girl bed for her. My husband loves white, so he really likes this and I really wanted bunk beds so her sisters could do sleepovers in her room occasionally! There was a big ding in one of the rails on the top bunk that I was upset about cause it was sooo noticeable, but then my husband put the brace in that spot and the ding is gone!! Whohoo!
My husband had it put together in a couple of hours with the occasional help from our kids, and it is very durable and well made! We should get plenty of years out of this!
Easy to assemble by two people. Youll need two people to lift the upper bunk for installation. Looks and feels sturdy for kids. I wouldnt use this as a bunk bed for regular adult or older teenager use. My 7 and 4 year olds havent broken it yet.
Customer service was good when I told them one of the screws theyd sent was stripped.
Im thinking of adding a board over the slats for the upper bunk or buying more slats. It looks fine as/is but I get the sense that the slats are too narrow and are not good for the mattress or the sleeper. My uninformed opinion.
