Not for amateurs, but looks good and sturdy.

If your not handy and have extra tool other than the flimsy allen wrench dont buy it. It comes in many pieces and not all labelled. However, after 4 hours of assembly, with a professional allen wrench, the product is sturdy and looks good.

    Quality!

The materials for the bed are very sturdy. I built it surprisingly quick for how big it is. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing a quality bunk bed.

    Great bunk bed!

Took a few hours to assemble but was straightforward. Looks great and I like that it can be used as twin frames when the kids are over it. Complaints are that the slats needed a bit of repair straight out of the box and there assembly directions couldve been a bit clearer.

    Perfect Space Saver

I bought this about 9 months ago for my 7 and 9 year old boys. This set is perfect, easy to put together and sturdy. Ive layed on both beds and I weigh 170lbs and never felt like it wasnt going to hold. The ladder detaches which I love for ease of making the top bunk. The color is also great and matches their other espresso furniture perfectly. The only thing i dont like are the three supporter legs down the center of the full sized bed. Whenever i pull the bed away from the wall to make them, those three legs bend and end up all crooked. I just crawl under the bed and straighten them again, but its kind of annoying. UPDATE: We have now used this daily for about 3 years and its still in fantastic shape! We no longer use the top rail or the ladder. We have used the beds separately, and now they are back together. I have zero complaints about these bunk beds. They are aming and have been great!

Love the quality of the beds

Love the quality of the beds, just make sure to inspect it well. A couple pieces were cracked but called the manufacturer and they replaced for free right away with no hassles. Overall we really love it.

    It accomplishes the goal

You get what you pay for. It works, but it definitely is not quality furniture. Two person install with many parts. Took us about 4 hours to assemble.

    Great bed, minor complaint

We love this bed. We use the top as a reading/cozy corner and our 3yo sleeps on the bottom. He loves the set/up. My only complaint, which others have also mentioned, is that the wood is incredibly soft. You can dent it with a fingernail, or by, say, knocking 2 pieces of wood together as youre assembling (purely hypothetical example ). It also arrived with a few pieces of wood splintering. Not very badly, but enough that I needed to glue it back together to avoid splinters further bed damage. But for the price were still very happy.

    Like a mattress tag

Solid construction. Took about 4 hours to put together. Very large labels (3 that take up the entire span of the headboard) on the outside of the top bunk stating the dangers of bunkbeds. Like a mattress tag, it said not to remove. We wanted a piece of furniture in the room, not something that had a huge label on the outside of the bed headboard. Taking the labels off to not damage the wood took over an hour and WD40 to help with the process. If I was aware of this before purchasing, it might have had an influence in the choice I made. Each bed has a weight limit of 165 pounds. Not an issue for us, but it might be helpful to know this first. Didnt notice this in the description, but saw it after the face in the reviews. Open rungs for mattress placement as well.
