Great Seller Customer Service! As others stated, plan on nearly a full day to assemble the bed as it definitely takes some time. We only had one issue with a wrong part being shipped, but the seller quickly responded and sent out the replacement part immediately, so top notch support. Once installed, the bed was sturdier than I expected it to be. We are happy with the purchase.
I loved the fact that it gives the kids more space in the room but was not very sturdy and some pieces of wood were too short for the bed so I had to buy some from Home Depot, the quality is not too good either.
They are pretty easy to put together. The top bed has like a wood tray that goes between end of bed and mattress. My drawer for table between beds doesnt fit holes are too far apart for draw to stay in.
Beautiful, sturdy modern design It was fairly easy to assemble with 2 people. However, it took 4 people to put the top bunk above the lower two. The only major issue we encountered was the small drawer in the middle table didnt fit. We made the beds exactly as described but the drawer just didnt fit. The bottom two drawers dont connect to the bed, they just push in. I didnt like this at first but find it works good for my kids. Some screws took extra strength to get into the bed but overall, it went smoothly. My kids love it
I got this bed for my teenage son who needed more space in his room. Be cautious of the height before purchasing. Also, the instructions are a bit unclear which made the assembly difficult at times. In addition, it was delivered in 4 boxes and none of them were labeled causing it to be hard to see which box to start with. Overall, it did what it needed to and it is worth the price.
Beautiful Addition to My Home Bought it for my 5 year old. She loves it. It was fairly easy to put together, instructions were easy to follow. There was some minor damage to a couple pieces due to shipping, but not worth submitting anything. I added a screw at the base of the stairs to the front leg to just add a little more sturdiness and keep the stairs from moving laterally. You do need to get a thinner mattress, I think 7 inches or less, but they arent terribly hard to find or expensive. Ive climbed up on it multiple times and it holds me no problem, Im about 205 lbs.
Very comfortable, glad I purchased for my bedroom. Directions are a little vague.
But its a solid piece of furniture.
Very sturdy. And very heavy.
But definitely feels like its built to last.
