Very satisfied, actually delighted with this product. Set up was a breeze, and I am not handy. I purchased a Zinus full mattress to compliment the adjustable frame. Great Combo!

The delivery was extremely fast. It actually was delivered a full week before the scheduled delivery date. Being disabled, Im glad I didnt go for the free assembly because the room would never have been ready for the setup.
When it was delivered, the driver had to put it in the garage where it sat for 2 days. Why you ask? It sat til I had help to move it downstairs because as it states in 2 different places in the description it weighs 80lbs.

It actually weighs 145lbs!
I couldnt slide it let along move it down a flight of stairs. My grandsons happen to stop by and managed to get it downstairs for me, but unfortunately couldnt stay long enough to set it up. So here I sit staring at the box 4 more days later waiting for help again to set it up.
I would love to review and tell you how awesome the bed is or isnt, but alas I cant. Once I do have it finally setup, Ill update this review.

Without a doubt the easiest bed bass to use an assemble Ive ever seen you just screw the legs in plug in the bed cord and put in the batteries press the cut connection button to connect the system and its connected and its ready to go its that simple theres nothing else to do and its ready to go and it runs smoothly.
There is NO remote safety lock on the current version of this bed. If you check out the photo of the remote you will see that this is the case. The description of the bed should be updated so that those of us who were wanting this feature can shop for a different bed instead. The under bed light, (a button for which DOES exist on the remote) does not work on my bed. Not a problem for me as I dont need it, but just something to be aware of. Otherwise the bed seems very good. FYI, I purchased this bed directly from Ideal Bed, and their descriptive info is also incorrect regarding the safety lock, so this problem is not one of s making.
No tools were needed. Easy enough to assemble without the instructions (however I did read them). I love the fact that the legs are two pieces that can be taken apart to make them shorter. Im still experimenting to find my best sleeping levels. Although I setup by myself, but I recommend two people setup. This one was much heavier than one helped moved.

As a newbie adjustable bed buyer, I am disappointed at this purchase. First, its wire grid bed support just looks like itll eventually tear the plastic backside of a foamy mattress. Second, the leg lengths are not adjustable, and I had to pay an extra $40 for a set of shorter legs. Third, no memory feature on the control.
Price was right, but its wire-grid bed support will likely eventually do costly damage to the mattress.
Tough to find a negative statement but only thing I do not like is the remote does not have actual buttons making it dificult to adjust at night the remote is touch activated
It was easy to assemble, works great! The usb ports are in a bit of an odd spot, but theyre working nicely. The massage works well, probably works best if you dont have a super thick mattress. I would recommend this bed, its really nice.
I am very happy that I can not sit up in bed. The price was more than I expected just for a frame. Overall, pleased with this purchase, delivery, and setup. Now, onward to durability, reliability, etc. time will tell. ...to be continued!

I weigh 350 and this bed has no problem raising or lowering with me on it. Its very comfortable and easy to put together and move around.
