Leans back too far, which rams my butt down on the very stiff cushion, leading to butt and back aches. Maybe for some bodies this is a comfortable chair. Not for mine.
Large vertical wrinkles on the entire chair back. I realize this is a somewhat inexpensive chair, but having it only a week, and barely used, this makes it look really cheap. It was embarrassing when we had guests sitting in it. We want to send it back.
