The kit came with out instruction book. Made it difficult to assemble. Some pecies drilled peg holes for different kits. I believe a good gluing was needed without info as is heavy to move. Assembly went well tho. Found 1/2 Manuel on internet . So successful build anyway. Popf15. Easy to set up.
Remodeled family room / this is just what we were looking for to sit under the mounted tv.
The box came damaged in one corner. Upon opening, we realized the corner of two shelves were damaged. Contacted via email s customer service about the damage. Also sent them pics of box and damaged shelves. They were very prompt in responding and and immediately shipped me two new shelves. Definitely recommend them and their products. Good product!
This is a great peice! We had a little snafu with shipping. The original box came completly broken open and we didnt accept the delivery. The company was quick to refund our money and we reordered it. Because lets be honest, after its out the door, there are many hands and the package could have been damaged anywhere along route. Once the 2nd box arrived, assembly was quick and simple. The only thing that wasnt in the box was the screws for the handle. The little bag was there, and sealed, the screws where just missing. No big deal, ran to my local hardware store. My husband and myself are very impressed with the peice. Its solid and very sturdy. And it looks great in my living room. I would love to buy a bookcase from this company, but alas they dont have book cases. Absolutely perfect.
