It first came with the 2 long pieces broken. The seller was quick to reply and resolve the issue by sending a new hall tree, which came with another piece damaged, but thankfully I was able to put together one complete shelf from the two sets. The instructions were okay, with some pieces mislabeled and lacking lables, it took a little try and error, but not too bad. The finished product is okay. It is a bit wobbly on it own, but it stands in a corner in my house, so this isnt noticeable. It is fair quality for the price, though it is VERY evident that its not solid wood.
