Update: Sorry its taken so long, but Im very pleased with the product, approximately a week after contacting the company , they replaced the missing parts. Very easy to assemble sturdy.
Unfortunately Im unable to use my chair at this time because it didnt come with any bolts, cap covers for chair arms bolts or the hex wrench tool to put it together , I called the company who instructed me to email them my order number info on missing parts . Asked if he could give me a size for the bolts Id go replace them myself to save time he had no ideal for that information said as soon as they receive my email theyd ship my parts.. I received the chair on 1/29/21, so hopefully I will receive the rest of it soon.......
