The screws and washers were in a Hefty ziplock sandwich bag which was not closed so they were all over the box. Allen wrenches were not included. The slats were attached with a thin material too close together. Luckily I found some material at home to make it work after I took it apart- pictures attached. The wood is extremely soft soI cant see it lasting very long. Very disappointed.
