Great Seller Customer Service! Pretty bed and headboard, easy to assemble. However, 30 minutes after assembled, the wooden support sticks on the bottom of one side of the bed broke. I weight 152lbs and as soon as I laid on the bed after assembling it, the woods broke(see pics). Since I didnt want to go through the hassle of putting the bed appear all over again and returning it, I had to go to another hardware store and purchase additional support to put under the mattress so I wouldnt sink. I recommend it but do consider to purchase additional wood for the bottom of the bed just in case.
Do not use those wooden things on the bottom.
