The package arrived looking like it had been taped together multiple times throughout the shipping process. There were multiple holes/tears in the box where I am assuming hardware that was necessary for the assembly of the trampoline had fallen out. Upon opening the box my husband and I realized that there were 18 springs missing (most likely they had fallen through the holes and tears in the box) which resulted in two very disappointed kiddos. I tried contacting the company, as directed to do so in the instruction booklet that came with the product, through phone and email to see if I can get replacement springs but have yet to hear anything back. I almost wish we had just purchased the trampoline from a physical store instead of ordering one online since we could have easily resolved any missing hardware immediately instead of waiting for a reply from the company. The main reason we ordered this one is I didnt want one that was too big for my kids (3 and 5 years old). Everything else, other than the missing springs, was luckily still in the box and seems to be in good working order. Cant be sure until I get the missing springs since we havent been able to assemble it and allow the kids to jump on it. It seems like it would be a great product if not for the shoddy packaging and lack of care in packaging the internal pieces so they would actually arrive in the box.
missing parts!
