Heavy but easy to put together and move. (Thankfully delivery guy set it on the two steps leading it into the house as I would have had to break out the dolly to move it and drag it up the stairs into the house). Im less than 100lbs and had no issues but made sure I dragged the box into the bedroom before unpacking as its a tiny room.. The motor is quiet and works great! I can literally NEVER get comfortable due to back and neck pain so this has helped keep my neck straight while watching tv after mounting the TV on the wall. My back still hurts but I just adjust the bed and relieve the pressure. I had to throw a large blanket over the bed to hide the stuff under the bed (more room than before to store stuff!) since my wrap around bed skirt wouldnt stay in place. May buy a queen size skirt eventually but think it will just slide around so may not bother. GREAT buy and happy!
