I purchased the L100 Adjustable Bed Base Steel Frame in March 2019. It was very easy to assemble had worked flawlessly… until recently. In November 2021 I was no longer able to use the remote control to raise and lower the foot of the bed. It had just stopped working. However, raising and lowering the head of the bed continued to work normally.
I contacted support by email and explained my problem. I asked if I could purchase a replacement motor for the foot of the bed. They responded right away asking that I send them pictures and video demonstrating the problem. I did as they asked and they diagnosed the problem as being a failed bed motor at the foot of the bed – which they quickly sent to me at no charge.
Unfortunately, after replacing the motor, the problem persisted. I again contacted support and they said that with the foot-of-the-bed motor ruled out, the problem must be the head-of-the-bed motor assembly (which has a built-in wiring harness to which the foot-of-the-bed motor connects). And again, they quickly sent the replacement to me at no charge – and that fixed the problem.
In an age when good customer service has largely disappeared, my experience with was as unexpected as it was tremendous.
