Yes I was skeptical about buying such a large item on line but my fears have been squashed. The king size platform bed arrived un-damaged although my friend had to pull it in the house since does not deliver inside. It is extremely heavy and presented a problem since my bedroom is on the second floor. Luckily for me my brother-in-love figured a way to get it up stairs. He disconnected the electrical part (one plug) and then disconnected the top half from the bottom portion. He and a friend took both pieces upstairs one at a time with no problem. They then reconnected pertinent parts, attached the legs, turned it over and it worked like a dream. The remote was already programed. My current mattress fit with no problem, also is fit perfectly inside my king poster bed. The legs are not wobbly and the motors were already attached. Highly recommend this one. Yes you do need two people in order to put it together but the only thing you have to do is open it, attached the legs, turn it over and plug it in.
