All in all this is a 5 star sofa, but I am giving it 4 stars due to shipping issues.
The sofa is well built, comfortable and looks great. Time will tell how well it stands up to normal use.
The 1 star deduction is for the poor shipping protection which is basically non-existent for this item. I ordered the sectional and love sofa and both were received damaged. It's disappointing that something this expensive has very little shipping protection especially when shipped via freight carrier.
