I was looking for an accent chair for my bedroom, and this was just the right color (navy blue) and size for my needs. It doesn't get a lot of hard use as a living room chair might, but it's perfect for hubby to sit and wait for me to finish getting dressed, to put on my shoes, or sit and read the mail. The velvet material is soft and very rich looking. Assembly was easy and so far the chair feels sturdy. A very happy purchase.
