After ordering the chair once and having it returned to sender mid-shipment due to damage in the shipping process, we ordered it again hoping for better results. This time, the box arrived, but it was totally damaged and torn up. Incredibly disappointing for an brand that should ostensibly be shipped with quality control.
Luckily, the chair itself is not damaged, it’s relatively comfortable, and it’s a great size. (Apologies for the mess in the picture - we are in the moving process).
Just so disappointed in the shipping quality and delay in getting our order that clearly is a pervasive issue.
