The chair came in a destroyed box. The UPS delivery man waited at door until I could inspect contents. The box was retaped and had huge gaps, exposing the chair. I didn't have to breakdown the box for recycling bin. It was done for me in transit.
The chair itself is great, perfect for where it is in the living room.
