I've actually been using this in the reclined bed position to sleep on for the last 6 weeks while recovering from a double mastectomy. I got a twin sheet set that fits perfectly. I needed something easy to get in and out of as I have had very limited upper body strength and my bed is too squishy for me to be able to be able to sit from a laying position.
