I purchased two of these for my elderly parents and a great grandson (not mine) played with it and broke it. I contacted customer service, described the symptom and they shipped me out a motor. It was easy to replace and took care of the problem. I am more than satisfied with this chair and my parents love it as well. They love the heat/massage feature and tell me it makes them feel good and gets rid of pain. Thank you!
