First, does not all come at once, so I was upset because i thought they only sent me half a couch, the second shipment arrived a day later. I put the couch together in about an hour, by myself, and I am a single woman. The quality seems pretty good, the couch is comfortable. The cushion for the back are still kinda flat despite me trying to fluff them and make them more pillowy. The chaise end of the couch with the footrest is way to short. I am 5'8' and when I sit on the chaise with my back against the back of the couch my feet hang off the end, so that part was disappointing. Over all nice couch. If you are tall, this couch is definitely not for you!
