I ordered two of these. Both chairs arrived early however they were both missing several parts. So many parts were missing that I was unable to combine all the parts to make even one chair. I contacted the company and they sent me parts to complete one chair and refunded me the second. When I asked for parts to complete second chair they told me to order a new chair from them. Why would I do that and chance not getting a complete chair again. But I do love the chair. Its comfortable sturdy and looks wonderful. We fight over who will sit in this chair!!!
