The chair itself is nice and I find it very comfortable. Unfortunately, some of the poles were cut improperly and they do not align just right where the screws are supposed to go in. Therefore, it was impossible for me to put the screws in and assemble it. I ended up taking parts of it to Home Depot where I purchased smaller screws that technically dont fit correctly, but at least I am able to assemble the chair with them. Now that its assembled, I like it a lot. I just wish the pieces would have fit properly without the additional Home Depot trip and that it would have come with written assembly instructions.
