This is truly a beautiful piece of furniture. I have to say it definitely looks better in person than pictures. I love that it came in one carton and a panel underneath the chair contained the legs which were easy to screw in. It is very soft and comfortable. I think the description should reflect that its recline level is farther away from straight back however. At 5' 7, I feel like I'm leaning way back when I sit in it. But it is a very cozy reading chair along with an ottoman. The material on the chair is velvety!
