Im very happy with this ottoman! Its exactly as pictured (I bought it in the color shell). It arrived carefully packaged; the fabric cushion was plastic wrapped and the sofa legs, screw bolts and Allen key were bubble wrapped and taped. It was very easy to attach the legs, which have attached plastic protective feet to protect your floor. The ottoman is easy enough to move around the room without assistance (Im a petite, lightweight female). To my delight, the cushion is so comfortable! I also like that the cushion is one attached piece. There is a zipper on the underside of the cushion that houses the legs, screw bolts and Allen key.
