The couch didn't work for us only bc the style and color (looks a tad green/turquoise to me) doesn't match our home. However, the delivery and pick-up(once we changed our mind and returned) were subperb. I cant say enough abouts customer service. The sofa was also really pretty, comfortable and modern.
