This desk was very easy to assemble once you read the straight forward instructions. I did it myself in less than two hours. The metal framework is solid, comes with a perfectly labeled assortment of screws and tools, and one of the lower shelves is height adjustable. I gave it 4 stars because of the flaw I found- that the hole for the last support bar was missing (I triple checked- the only extra holes were for the adjustable shelf)... but it still stood sturdy.
