Fairly easy to assemble, even alone. Good quality, sturdy bed. This is not cardboard or composit, the real pine is very sturdy hardwood. Screws provided did not strip when drilled in will be back for another from this company when my son gets old enough for a big bed. 5/5 would recommend.
