I purchased the chair because the earlier one that comes from my landlord was very easy to flip over when I lean backward. This chair does solve the problem. Since there is no neck support, it is not among the most comfortable chairs for long-time working.
I did meet some quality issue. Black paints started dropping from the wheels a week after my installation. I am not sure it is some design problem or I am just unlucky. This phenomenon was gone after a month.
Overall, this is a sub-optimal chair with significant disadvantages. However, if this is your budget, then it is a good choice.
