it took me over 1 hour to put this chair together. The cushions are difficult to attach to the arms they have 4 bolts you have to put in just right. It took a while to figure it out but the price and quality of the chair makes it worth the effort....its a good chair once you assemble it. Oh when you open the box look inside the cushions for the parts...they are hidden well.....I would buy this chair agian....thanks
