We purchased the beds used from Warehouse. They were in perfect condition, with all parts and instruction intact. My husband and I assempled the beds in a matter of 2 hours, with very few errors. They are sturdy (so far) and exactly as represented on-line.
I gave them a 4 rating just because I find the ladders to be difficult to negotiate, even for older children.
