We ordered this chair for our nursery, and it ended up not being a good fit for us. We had a lot of trouble getting the foot stool to stay latched back in/ even to the point of standing up trying to kick it in and still having trouble with it. I contacted the seller and told them of our issue, and they sent some directions about the chair to see if that helped. When it still didnt help, they were willing to issue a refund for us. Not sure if we got one that had some kind of defect or if its the way the chair was designed, but peace of mind to other potential buyers that the seller is good to work with! So disappointed for what I paid!
