My daughter was thrilled with her early Christmas present of a big girl bed. We didnt notice until it was assembled that it said it was not for children under six. Shes five and a half, but it was too late as wed already disposed of her previous toddler bed. My husband was impressed with its sturdiness. No shifting at all. It is cute and the perfect height for a beginner. I love that there are stairs instead of a ladder. It feels safer than the bunk beds we had growing up. We are looking forward to getting the little fort kits that the company makes. It was a real selling point for us. Really Happy!!
