Quality of the frame and finish are great! The issue I had was 2 screw sizes (16 total) were defective. The seller was quick to respond to my email, where I provided the hardware identification letters and described the issue. They responded asking for photos of the hardware. Im unsure how photos of screws would be helpful. I spent 15 replacing the hardware from a local store, instead of going back and forth with the seller and waiting for replacements to be shipped. If not for defective hardware, my rating would be 5 stars. I am very pleased so far
